First, find the email that I sent with the graphics and documents for your eBay store. Download and save all documents and graphics to your computer in an easily accessible place.

Next, log in to my eBay. If you see a "Shortcuts" section on the bottom left side, click on "Manage My Store":

If you don't see a "Shortcuts" section, you'll see a "My Subscriptions" section on the left side and under that is "Manage My Store", click on "Manage My Store"

On the left side under "Store Management", you'll see "Display Settings", click on "Display Settings":

Scroll down to the "Theme and Display" section and click on "Change to another theme":
Click on "Easily Customizable" on the left and select the very last design that says "Custom Header Only". You will have to choose a color scheme, it doesn't matter which option you choose, you will be changing the colors later on to match your store. Then hit "Save Settings":

You should return to the Display Settings page. Scroll down until you see "Store header display" under "Theme and Display" and click on "Change":

Click "Yes, include additional information in the header." and copy and paste the HTML code from your Store Header document into the box provided, making sure to delete any and all previous text. Then hit "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page:

Now you can customize your store's colors to match your design. In the email that I sent with your graphics, you'll see a list of colors with a six digit code after each one. Keep that email handy and go to your store's Display Settings Page (see step 3 for help finding this page) and find "Theme and Display". Click on "Edit Current Theme":

You can mix and match the colors to find just the right combination. The one tip that I can give you is to keep the "Secondary Color" a lighter color. If you make it too dark, it's hard to read your store's categories:

Now we'll install your Store Logo. Go back to the Display Settings page and look under "Basic Information" and click on "Change" :

Click on "Upload a logo to Picture Manager" and use the Browse button to find the saved Store Logo on your computer. Then hit "Save Settings":

Now we'll install your My World Logo. Go back to "My eBay" and click on your username to get to your My World Page. Under your current My World Logo, you'll see an "Edit Image" link, click on "Edit Image":

Select the option to Select a photo from your computer, and then hit the "Browse" button to find the saved MyWorld Logo on your computer. Then hit "Save" :

If you also have a custom promotion box and/or a Landing page, proceed to step 15. If you don't, you're done! Enjoy your new store! :
The next few steps will focus on installing your custom promotion box. Please note that the custom top promotion box will replace any and all promotion boxes that you currently have at the top of your store! If you only have a Landing page and no promotion box, please skip to step 22. Open the document for your custom promotion box and scroll down until you see a span of about ten spaces around a single sentence in red text. This is how you can tell what information needs to be changed, and what information needs to be left alone. You will see the sentence The text for your promotion box goes here!:

Put whatever you'd like here. If you ever want to create a new paragraph, simply add a tag where you'd like to create a space. It will look something like this :

Now you're ready to install your promotion box. From your main "Manage My Store" page, you'll see the "Store Design" section on the left, and under that "Promotion Boxes", click on "Promotion Boxes":

Your custom promotion box will automatically replace the promotion boxes in the Top Right and Top Left positions. If you would like to keep these promotion boxes, you can move them to either the Left Navigation Upper or Left Navigation Lower position. Click on "Create New Promotion Box":

On the next page, click the circle next to "Communicate with your buyers" and click "Continue":

On the next page, click the circle next to "Top Single (extra wide)" and click "Continue":

On the next page, click the circle next to "Custom". You will then see two tabs at the top, "Standard" and "Enter your own HTML". Click on "Enter your own HTML" and copy and paste the HTML for your promotion into the box making sure to delete any and all previous text. Now you can name your promotion box. I recommend naming it "Custom Top Promotion Box", but you can call it anything you'd like. Then hit "Save".

Now we can install your Landing Page. Open the document for your Landing Page and scroll down until you see a span of about ten spaces around a single sentence in red text. This is how you can tell what information needs to be changed, and what information needs to be left alone. You will see the sentence The text for your landing page goes here! :

Put whatever you'd like here. If you ever want to create a new paragraph, simply add a tag where you'd like to create a space. It will look something like this :

If you'd like to add a picture or two....or three...to your Landing page, it's easy! Log in to your account with Photobucket. Scroll down until you see your first picture and look for the "HTML Code" underneath it:

IMPORTANT! Do not use the "Email & IM", "Direct Link", or "IMG Code" tag - this is the most common picture mistake!

Copy the "HTML Code" simply by clicking in the box, it will automatically be copied (cool huh?). Now, go back into your Landing Page and add a below your text. Paste your HTML Code after the , like this:

If you only have one picture for your Landing page, you're done! If you have more than one, you can easily add more by adding after the code for your first picture, and copying and pasting the "HTML Code" for your second picture. It will look something like this:
If you would like to add text below your pictures, add after the code for your picture, and type whatever text you like. It will look something like this:
Once you're done editing your page, you're ready to get it running! From your main "Manage My Store" page, you'll see the "Store Design" section on the left, and under that "Custom Pages", click on "Custom Pages":

On the next page, add a title for your Page, I recommend naming it "Custom Landing Page", but you can name it anything you'd like. Below that you'll see two tabs, "Standard" and "Enter your own HTML", click on "Enter your own HTML" and copy and paste the HTML code for your Landing Page in the box making sure to delete any and all previous text. Make sure that "Show Left Navigation Bar" is selected and click on "Continue" :

On the next page click on "Save and Publish". You will automatically be redirected to your "Custom Pages" page. Scroll down until you see the "Store Homepage" section. Click on the dropdown box and select your Custom Landing Page and click on "Apply" :

You're done! Enjoy your new store design and remember that you can email me at any time if you have any questions by clicking on the link on the left.
